Return Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days upon receiving your order (based on courier confirmation of “Delivered”). If 15 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange, or store credit.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase (order number and email verification) is required.


Returns

We only accept returns for items that are defective, misprinted, or have manufacturing errors.

  • Refunds are not offered for sizing issues, change of mind, or cancellations -> Only store credit may be offered and applied. See below

  • For approved returns, once your item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed, and credited back to the card used at checkout.


Exchanges & Store Credit

  • For size issues or fit concerns: We are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or store credit for another item of your liking. 

  • To request an exchange, please email shop@ablissclo.com prior to shipping your item or to request a pre-paid shipping label. All exchanges must be shipped to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for returns (if defective or damaged). Sale items cannot be refunded.

  • If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company or bank as posting times can vary.
